BUYER BEWARE!!!! VEHICLES ARE NOT SERVICED BEFORE SELLING!!!!!
My 20 year old daughter purchased a 2002 4-door black Saturn from ABC motor credit. She had the vehicle for 12 days before the “A Frame” busted on her doing 65 mph on rt 8. The Tow truck driver who towed the car back to ABC stated that is not something you miss if the car is looked at! I talked to a previous mechanic who told us when they purchase a car from the auction, “as long as the car runs they put it on the lot”. They do not inspect or repair them before they sell them. My daughter could have died!

we bought a truck found out that the ball joints are bad talk about there 120 point car inspection they swear up and down it was inspected the right and proffesional way how could anyone miss that if it was inspected liers!!!!!!!!!!!! i would never buy a car again from them again!! i rather ride the bus or my bike

I purchased a 2001 Bravada on July 1st. By the 29th it overheated and the radiator had to be replaced. Now it’s in the shop again to replace the transmission. I would not recommend anyone going there. They do not care about consumers. I guess bad credit means bad treatment.

I bought a car from them also about a year ago the first week I had to take the car to the shop becasue I had to get an engine. This was an inconvience to me becasue they would not give me a replacement car while my car was in the shop. that let me know that they do not care for the consumer. I will never go there again.

Bought a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville 12/31/12,this car is junk.every 2 months something went wrong with it,Have replaced brakes twice dashboard lit up like a xmas tree with warning lites,2 have been on since right after i bought it.Now the air shocks are shot,one litterly fell off.can”t afford to fix it because i’m paying 432.00 a month for this piece of crap.Filing bankruptcy to get out from under it.DON’T BUY FROM HERE!

I bought a car in talmadge 2 months ago.I found out the tiresz wedrewd bad the acclutc@h needs replaced and it looks likke the heater core is bad. Nothing covered under the warrenty

I brought a 2000 Windstar from this dealership. Even though I have not had the problems that many of you have had. The problem is with the finance company. My windstar is almost paid off and they repo my van while I was out of town attending a funeral. This van is almost paid off and they basically repo me for 90.00 had to pay 702.00 to redeem my van, and they have went up on my payments dictating to me how I should pay and that is by auto pay. As a result of them repoing my van I have a cracked bumper, and was told to call K-9 who told it the man laughed at me and told me when they repo they are not responsible, DBS has done nothing to help me out here. I was told about this dealership and wish I had of listen but needed a car right away. If someone tell you about this dealership don’t go they care nothing about there customers at all. I had referred several of my friends but after this incident they have went somewhere else to purchase their cars.

bought a 2002 ford explorer , it broke down 2 days later I have had it for 14 months it has been the shop with major repairs 3 times and is on its back. Problems included as follows: transmission, front end, ball joints , cv boots etc. rear end, bears etc. oxygen sensor, ignition switch serpentine belt etc. To everyone that was cheated call the BBB ATTY.GENERALS OFFICE .

#1 – this company has no business being a company at all!
#2 – they sold me a car that had tint on it that was too dark that I got a $200 ticket for (but I didn’t know any better!)
#3 – I made a payment plan WITH THEM because I lost my job and I was paying what THEY asked me too and they took my car in the middle of the night from me so than I missed work and had my car repossessed……
#4 – this company should be sued but i don’t have the money after all of there BS to even start the process,…….
#5 – if anyone is thinking of buying from here… you are wasting your time and even if you are trying to do it to fix your credit they will just ruin it more!!!!

ABC does not care about customers. ABC cares about the bottom line first and foremost. They tell you they are there to help you get back on your feet with a car and re-establishing your credit, bullpuckey. The only thing they care about is making a minimum of $6000 profit off of every car. I made the mistake of buying there and when I went to a normal dealership it took 3 months of phone tag and threats of suing them before DBS would get off the butts and complete the paperwork needed to get rid of the rolling piece of crap.

All I have to say is wow.I almost bought a car from them.almost traded them a perfectly good car that only needs some tlc.what a close call
