Timebuyer is the best! I’m just like everybody else whose taken a hit from our lousy economy. Laid off, scrimping to get by, credit getting worse and worse. We made do with an ancient Civic (17 years old!) but when I finally got a job offer around North Syracuse I knew I couldn’t take a chance on the old girl. They were considerate of my situation and had enough faith in me to let me get into a Camry for a decent monthly payment that I can afford now that I have work and can actually get to it! I’m real pleased with these fellas. Good people.

never buy car form you agine was lemon no break fuild when i left the lot unsafe i should sue

We bought an older car, BMW, from Scott Robinson Honda dealer on Hawthorn Blvd. When it needed a service and repair, Mr Bill Gettle, the Director of used cars, arranged an appointment with his Service Consultant Mr. Fadi Awed. Mr Awed reassured us that he will take care of it, not to worry. And he did this with a smile, despite the fact that our car was already past the warranty date.
Usually we hear about the negative experiences, but we feel that our experience needs to be told.
The personnel that we have mentioned above did an amazing job for us and our car was repaired at no cost!!! Would we recommend this dealership to car buyers?? Yes!!!

Our experience with the Scott Robinson Honda Dealership Service Center was very positive. The personnel, Mr Bill Gettle and Mr Fadi Awed did an exceptional service and we feel needs to be told.
We needed our car, that we bought at the dealership and was already past the warranty, repaired. Mr Gettle arranged it with Mr Awed who took the car in for repairs with the smile and reassurance. To our amazement, they had it repaired without charge!!! This was very generous and unexpected!! We would recommend this dealership to others, based on our recent experience.
