I recently bought a vehicle from this dealer liscense number/dealership June 7th, 2011. The person who sold me the vehicle wasn’t the owner of the liscense. The owner lent out his liscense to another party. The vehicle I bought was running and driving fine when I test drove it. I put a deposit on it and came to pick it up two days later. Upon arriving at the vehicle, the seller was under the hood playing with all the fuses. After he was done doing what he was doing we finished the paperwork and I took off towards home (Brockton, MA…hour or so drive from Lynn, MA). The vehicle was running fine until I reached 93s exit 12. The vehicle lost all complete power and died in the middle of the highway in heavy traffic (mind you I am 8 months pregnant). I immediately called the seller and told him of the problem and he stated “What you want me to do about it? The truck is yours now!” . I had to pay $75.00 for the truck to be towed off the highway into a parking lot at the bottom of the exit 12 ramp. After calling the seller many times he finally agreed to meet me at the truck at 3pm the next day. The seller never showed up and would not answer his phone (surprise, surprise)! I got the car home that day and tried calling the seller many times. He was avoiding my phone calls. June 10th I registered the vehicle and went to an inspection station to have the inspection sticker done. (Surprise, surprise) It didn’t pass! The vehicle failed on tires, emergency brake, seatbelts, lights, the engine light bulb itself was removed from the vehicle (which is against state law!), three codes come up, emissions failed….. It’s needs about $3k worth of work and the seller is refusing to refund my money. Considering I paid $2400 for the car and the lemon law states “if the cost of repairs exceed 10% of the sales price the buyer is entitled to a full refund”. We are on day 16 now of trying to deal with this issue and the seller is still being uncooperative, not answer phone calls, making appointments to get the money and then cancelling due to lack of funds, basically giving us a huge run around! We had to search for the owner of the dealer’s liscense to even try to work things out with getting our money back. Have a meeting set up for tomorrow night, and I am bringing the vehicle with me (if it even makes it back there). I have a call into the Lynn, MA city hall Clerk’s office and the Attorney General. I sure hope something gets done really fast (by tomorrow 6/23) or further legal action will have to be taken. It’s pretty sad how someone can run a business like this! I’d be ashamed of myself for treating a customer like this! The best way in life is to be completely honest with anyone and everyone you come across….something this dealership and seller lacks! Very poor customer service if you ask me!
Hi Holly,
I had the same thing happen to me with him. The only difference is that he sold me that car out of his house. Please text me when you get a chance, 603-339-8528 Were you able to get your money back or the car fixed?

good luck getting them to cooperate!
Hey Holly quick question? What kind of car did you buy from them ???
We just bought a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Color Black & Gray 4×4
We bought it for $1350, and it had two front tires were flat, and the battery need jump. After getting some gas in it and let it run for a bit. I was told this Jeep was in good running condition. But seems like the truck is going to need a transmission and a rear drive axle. Two Major conponates of any vechical. It’s been about 4 day now since we purchaced this Jeep, We have bought foun new tires, Desperatley needed an oil change, as well as the Thermostate was so coridided it fell apart in the mechanics hands. We have invested $1000 into this Jeep So it would be able to pass an inspection sticker test. The person whom sold it to me has offer to give me back $1400.00. So now I’m pricing out the costs of replacing a transmission and a whole rear axle. Fun fun Guys, Thanks Alejandro Perez For being so honist,… You seemed to leave out a few answers, on major questions!!! I am not happy with this situation!!!
Sold me a car out of his house, $2100. 13 days it died, took him a week to get it and it had three quarters of a tank of gas. Picked it up, on empty, lasted 2 weeks and dead again. Meeting with a lawyer Monday, shady business.
You can contact my lawyer if you want…seeing as we just took them to court 3 weeks ago and won. Gillian Fischer 781.569.5199

It seems like there are alot of random people working there….or selling cars outside of their house for them. I left their names and cell #’s in a post if you need it.
Hi everyone,
To add to my earlier post, I took the assholes to court and sued their asses……they were supposed to pay me by October 28th and BIG surprise no check! Their names are Jose Geruallon (he is the owner) and his cell # is 781-592-2659. The guy who sold me the car out of his house is Willie and his cell is 508-933-4824
They are all scumbags and do shady buisness! They need to be reported and their buisness shut down!
