A lot is new with this new car. Dman nice! 5.0-liter V-8, which uses advanced technology to deliver 412 horsepower and projected unsurpassed highway mileage of 25 mpg
Would be a great comparison with the Camaro SS and Challenger. Can’t wait to see what numbers it puts on the track. Great job Ford, finally a true 5.0 with some heat.
Prices will be under $45,000 which leaves no room to speculate what the actual price will be. That is a bad mofo. Good to see American cars making a comeback. I really have high hopes for Ford and the new GM line up is coming along nicely. If these new models prove as reliable as Japanese cars over the long haul (like 150,000 with zero probs) then I think American car makers will find themselves in the thick of the hunt.
Don’t expect much from GM in the coming years.
That car is bad ass! I am crazy for Ford but the only thing they need to work on is putting better shoes on their cars. You could hear the Mustang spinning it’s tires all the way through first, and half way through second gear. If ford fixes that problem the Mustang and Shelby GT500 could easily be world class sports cars.
Glad they finally did this, the naturally aspirated 4.6 was kind of a joke. A couple of thoughts on the car itself; why are the fog lights as big as the headlights? It just looks weird…also the 5.0 badges look a bit strange to me for some reason…no idea why. I will be keeping my vette though. I would imagine there will be some guys who remove their 5.0 badges to try and trick people….thats fine too.
Nice. But I had a Crown Vic Interceptor and the 4.6 was no joke.
