I went to Sundance in St Johns and had the worse experience EVER!!! I called out to dealership and spoke with a Mike Smith early on their late day. Told him what I was looking for in a car, gave him the stock # and he told me he would have it pulled up waiting for me for a test drive. When I get there at 630pm I walk in and everyone is shocked to see a black man in their dealership. First of all it took chasing down a salesman to even get help in asking for Mike Smith. Let keep in mind that no one was selling anything at this time. There was 2 Mikes and neither said they had spoken to me, even though I was standing there with his name in my hand on a piece of paper. Before I had a chance to go off, a younger salesman named Justin Naylor offered to help me out. We sat down, discussed what I was looking for and he went to do his thing. When he came back, he had this long drawn out story that the title to the car was there but it was gone on a test drive and that it was being purchased. Out of all the cars i wanted this particular one is being at the exact time and day I was there. Hmmm. I felt like i was being bullshitted! He said he would see what he could do and give me a call the next day. I called, emailed an sent a letter to the dealership with no prevail. I even called the General Manager to complain and got no where. Not even a call back. So i called the General Manager at the to her dealership and got absolutely no where. They are RACIST and I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them to buy a car.

I purchased a 2008 Hummer from this dealership after looking it over with a fine tooth comb. It was in excellent condition but I had to leave it overnight for undercoating. When the dealership delivered the vehicle the next day I found damage to the vehicle that was not originally there. I immediately called my salesperson who denied my claims. This made me angry, so I talked to Terry Hanks the owner who wanted to pay $450.99 dollars of a $650.00 repair. He was very discourteous and lied to us saying that I purchased the vehicle that way. No way would I have bought the vehicle in that condition. The undercoating was also a joke with minimal coverage. I received no money and do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
